====== Ginger Pork with Sweet Pepper ====== *1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil *1 lb ground pork *2 Tbsp chopped fresh ginger - split *2 Tbsp minced fresh garlic - split *2 sweet peppers - cut into strips *1/3 cup water *1/3 cup reduced sodium soy sauce *2 tsp packed brown sugar *1/2 cup chopped dry roasted peanuts *basil leaves \\ - In 12" skillet heat sesame oil. Add pork and 1 Tbsp each ginger and garlic. Cook until pork browned and crispy. Remove from pan. - Add peppers in single layer. Cook w.o stirring 2-3 min. until start to blacken and blister. Stir peppers, add remaining ginger and & garlic, water, soy sauce, and sugar. Cook 2 more min. until peppers are crisp tender. - Add pork back in and cook until heated through.
