====== Aluminum Foil Fish ======

  *olive oil
  *fish filet
  *garlic salt
  *optional vegetables: leeks, onion, zucchini, carrot
  *optional herbs: parsley, basil leaves, thyme

  - Tear off length of aluminum foil and place small amount of olive oil and fish in center. Sprinkle with garlic salt.
  - Add vegetables cut into small chunks or strips as desired.
  - Add herbs as desired.
  - Sprinkle olive oil over top. Fold and seal tightly into packet. Place onto rimmed baking sheet.
  - Cook for 20-30 min. in preheated 350 deg. oven. Fish will be done 8 min. after packet starts sizzling. (listen with oven door open)
